10, 12 & 15 Yard Dumpsters
Smaller roll-offs are the workhorses of residential projects. With lower walls and a compact footprint, they slip into tight borough driveways in West Chester or Phoenixville where a full-size container simply won't fit.
The 10-yard shines for dense, heavy material — tile, plaster, small concrete loads — because weight, not volume, is usually the limit. The 12 and 15-yard sizes suit garage and basement cleanouts, small deck tear-outs, storm debris and rental turnovers: bigger than a pickup-truck run, smaller than a full remodel.

The 20-Yard Dumpster
If you're not sure, this is usually the answer. The 20-yard balances capacity, driveway fit and price better than any other size — which is why it's the most-rented container in Chester County for kitchen remodels, multi-room flooring removal, roofing tear-offs and estate cleanouts.
For roofing jobs, tell us the roof size and shingle layers. For remodels, mention cabinets, plaster, tile or mixed debris so we can match both the volume and the 2-ton included weight.

30 & 40 Yard Dumpsters
Large containers keep construction sites, demolition jobs and commercial renovations moving with one central box instead of repeated swap-outs. The 30-yard handles whole-home cleanouts, additions and contractor debris; the 40-yard is our biggest container for major construction and commercial work.
Both need more placement space and overhead clearance, so confirm access before planning around them — 40-yard availability should always be checked by phone first.

How to Choose Without Guessing
Two questions settle most size decisions: how much debris, and how heavy is it? Bulky-but-light loads (furniture, boxes, household junk) are limited by volume — go bigger for fewer trips. Dense loads (shingles, tile, plaster, dirt, concrete) hit weight limits long before the container looks full — a smaller box with the right loading plan usually costs less.
